The Ohio Beef Council is accepting applications for the following positions:
The position develops and executes checkoff-funded marketing programs for the Ohio Beef Council. It includes coordination of the Ohio Beef Council’s digital marketing initiatives and represents the council’s interests with vendors related to its marketing efforts and at various agricultural committee meetings. This position implements tactics of the council’s marketing plan to increase consumer demand for beef and veal products. These include tactics focused on “how beef gets from pasture to plate” and programs to “inspire consumer trial and usage of beef.” Proven organizational skills and excellent oral and written communications skills are essential. Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of software programs and digital marketing. Agricultural background and cattle background preferred, but not required.
