The Ohio Cattlemen’s Association (OCA), the state’s advocacy organization working on behalf of Ohio cattle farmers, is seeking a dynamic and energetic communicator to lead the association’s membership marketing and revenue development programs. The position includes oversight and implementation of digital, social media and visual content marketing programs, engaging with industry partners and cattle farmers. Responsibilities include execution of OCA’s membership marketing programs, member services, including planning educational programs, and association sponsorship and advertising sales. 

Our ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree and have a minimum 1-year experience in a same or similar role. Our most successful team members are highly organized, show great attention to detail, and demonstrate high levels of skill with office software and technology.  

This position is regular, full time, and available as a remote/hybrid role from anywhere in the state of Ohio after an orientation period. OCA offers a full suite of benefits to employees including health insurance (medical/dental/vision), life insurance, 401k, and paid time off.
