The Ohio Beef Council is kicking off the holiday season with Roasting & Hosting, a new educational and culinary initiative designed to help families feel confident preparing flavorful beef dishes for gatherings big and small. As holiday hosts prepare to welcome friends and loved ones, the program offers timely guidance, approachable recipes, and cooking tips that make beef the centerpiece of memorable meals.
“Ohio’s beef farmers take great pride in raising high-quality, nutritious beef for families across our state,” said Anna Gest, MS, RDN, LD, Manager of Nutrition Education Programs of the Ohio Beef Council. “Roasting & Hosting was created to give home cooks the confidence to select, prepare, and serve beef in ways that feel festive, delicious, and achievable — whether you’re a seasoned host or planning your first holiday meal.”
