Stepping into Agriculture Career

This hands-on lesson immerses students in five real-world beef industry careers—meat processing, animal nutrition, sustainability, herd genetics, and ag finance. Short videos featuring industry professionals and their daily work, combined with interactive challenges for students to solve, allow students to make decisions, solve problems, and understand how their choices affect production, business, and sustainability. The activity also introduces students to agricultural careers they might not typically associate with the beef industry.

Beef Sustainability, Nutrition, and Quality

Explore the differences between grass-fed and grain-fed beef in this hands-on lesson.
